How did I learn about this “always be prepared for dessert” hack?

So the other night we went out to dinner with our friends, Danny & Sherrie. We decided to go back to their house for dessert – Sherrie said she could whip something up.

We told her we didn’t want her to go through the trouble, we could just grab something on the way – she swore to us it really wasn’t any trouble.

So when Sherrie pulled these Reese’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites out of the oven I begged her for the recipe!

When she told me the recipe I couldn’t believe it -not to mention my recent obsession with bite-sized anything!!! (When they are bite-sized the calories don’t actually count – true story!!)

I get asked all the time what kind of mini muffin pan I use because my cups pop out so easily. I live for anything silicon and this is the muffin pan I use!

Took these to a get together and everyone loved them! Very easy and fast to make. Barely any clean up at all ๐Ÿ˜

Just as quick and easy as promised! I went right in the middle at 11 minutes I used both bulk(Pillsbury dough) and pre measured and cut dough in the same pan and at the same time, I could not tell the difference, it was all amazing!

  3. These look really good. I’m thinking of using Peanut Butter cookie dough. Do you press the ball into shape in the muffin tins before you bake them?

    1. Yes, you can and you do not need to refrigerate before unless it is really sticky. Then just chill for a little while.

    1. It does seem very confusing but from context I’d assume they mean 12 balls of the cookie dough scooped out into one muffin tray at a time. I’d probably just get more than what I thought was enough and just make extras if you have extra dough. Then 12 Reeses per tray, one for each ball of dough. I can’t tell how big the spoonfuls are but id imagine it might vary based on the size of your muffin tray? I’d experiment with it a little and see how they turn out.

    2. So sorry that you found this confusing. Really, you are just taking a 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough and rolling them into a ball! Easy Peasy!
