About Ritz Bits Churros Recipe

Our Ritz Mini Churros Bites are so easy to make using peanut butter sandwich crackers as a convenient base for coating in a sweet butter sauce and topping with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

This churro cracker recipe resembles the fun flavors of the fried dough dessert, but this snack is baked in the oven and is meant to be shared, packaged as party favors, or given as gifts.

Churro Ritz Bits are baked until candied and crispy and create the most satisfying sweet snack when you don’t feel like deep fried food.

I love serving my Ritz Bitz churros snack for tailgates, game days, or while watching movies – it has the best combination of flavors and textures that taste like a crunchy churro treat.

Tips for the Best Ritz Churro Bites

  • If you don’t want to make your own cinnamon sugar mixture, you can buy a bottle of cinnamon sugar at your local grocery store.
  • If you choose to make your churros with margarine, ½ cup of margarine is equivalent to about one stick of butter.
  • You do not need to refrigerate the Ritz Churro Bites to keep them fresh.
