Pro-Tips

  • Don’t overmix your dough. If the dough gets too watery, you may need to add a bit more flour!
  • The texture of your churros is greatly affected by the temperature of your oil and the cooking time in the oil. If they are too chewy, you need to cook them a bit longer and lower the oil temperature a bit so that they don’t burn on the outside.

Disney Churros are by far one of the best treats you will find at the Disney Parks around the world. Now, you can make these delicious treats from the comfort of home! There is an endless variety of dipping sauces you could serve alongside your Disney Churros! What wouldn’t go great with deep-fried pastry dough? Pretty much anything will only enhance the deliciousness of your churros. Here are some of my favorite options for dipping sauce.
Chocolate: A melted chocolate dipping sauce is my go-to. In fact, they serve a chocolate dipping sauce at Disney. It’s so delicious.
Frosting: Another great option is to whip up a quick homemade frosting using powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. This makes a perfect light frosting that is more like a glaze for the churros!
