How do you make chocolate chip cookies with pudding?
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix together, vanilla instant pudding, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter. Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and mix until smooth.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes.
Can you freeze pudding cookies?
Yes, you can freeze pudding cookies. Allow the chocolate chip pudding cookies to cool completely before placing them in the freezer.
Store in an airtight container lined with parchment paper for up to three months.

I wouldn’t recommend using regular pudding in place of instant pudding. Using instant pudding won’t make the cookies quite as thick and since they also contain flour, using the vanilla instant pudding will make for a chewy cookie that isn’t too dry.
