– Lean ground beef
– Yellow onion
– Minced garlic
– Mild taco seasoning
– Flour tortillas
– Chunky mild salsa
– Canned black beans
Lay 2 tortillas in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish and trim the excess edges to fit in the dish.
Cook ground beef, onion, & garlic. In a separate bowl, mix taco seasoning & water. Pour liquid over the cooked ground beef and cook for 2-3 minutes
Layer tortillas, ½ meat mixture, ½ salsa, ½ black beans, ½ cheese and the last tortillas.
Repeat the final layers of ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees Farenheit for 20-25 minutes and garnish with cilantro. Top with sour cream and pico de gallo.
