Our Favorite Halloween Party Food
Every Halloween, our house transforms into a hub of spooky fun, and our Halloween Puppy Chow (sometimes called muddy buddies) is always the star of the party.
We start by gathering in the kitchen and mixing crunchy Rice Chex cereal with melted chocolate and creamy peanut butter. As we coat it all in powdered sugar, the kids sprinkle in whatever Halloween candies and colorful sprinkles we can find (candy eyeballs and candy corn are a must!) and shake it up until it is all mixed together.
Once it’s ready, we pour it into a big bowl, and it’s the first thing to disappear at our Halloween party. Friends and family can’t resist its sweet, crunchy goodness, and it’s always the snack everyone talks about long after the party is over.
