Halloween Puppy Chow
Sweet and salty and everything in between, our Halloween Puppy Chow Chex Mix (aka Muddy Buddies) is one of our favorite Halloween Treats.

Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup Reeses' mini peanut butter cups
- ½ cup M&M's or other orange and black chocolate candy
- ½ cup candy eyes
- ½ cup candy corn
Instructions
- Place cereal to large mxing bowl.6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- In a small microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter.1 cup chocolate chips, ½ cup creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Heat for 1 minute, and stir to combine until completely melted.
- Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to coat completely.
- In a large resealable bag, add powdered sugar and the cereal mixture.2 cups powdered sugar
- Seal bag and toss to coat completely. Remove from bag and pour into large bowl.
- Add peanut butter cup, orange and black M&M's, candy eyes and candy corn to the bowl and stir to combine.½ cup Reeses' mini peanut butter cups, ½ cup M&M's or other orange and black chocolate candy, ½ cup candy eyes, ½ cup candy corn
- Store in airtight container.
Notes
Add any other Halloween candy you would like to the puppy chow!!! Mix it up!
STORE: In an airtight container for up to 5 days.
FREEZE: Our muddy buddies can be frozen for up to 3 months! Store in a airtight, freezer-safe container.
