Serve and Enjoy: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauce or fry sauce on the side. Ketchup, mayo, Carolina mustard BBQ sauce or buffalo dipping sauce will all taste delicious!

Do I need to soak the fries before air frying?

It’s optional. Soaking in cold water can remove extra starch and help with crispness, but the key is fully drying the fries before cooking.

    Recipe Tips

Cut fries evenly: Uniform slices ensure consistent, crispy cooking.

Don’t overfill the air fryer: Cook in batches for even cooking and toss fries halfway through for maximum crispiness.

Add garlic after cooking: Prevents burning and keeps the flavor fresh.

Use freshly grated parmesan: Provides the best melt, cheesy flavor, and texture.

Mist with oil if needed: Keeps fries crispy and prevents drying in the air fryer.

Dry potatoes thoroughly: If rinsing or soaking, make sure to drain and pat completely dry with paper towels for the crispiest fries.
