Can I use a different cut of chicken for my dinner?

Yes, you can use another cut of chicken for this recipe. While I prefer using boneless skinless chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts to make my meal, the bone-in chicken will also work. Make sure to increase the cooking time by 15-20 minutes if your chicken is not boneless.

Can I prepare this dinner in advance?

Yes, this Greek sheet pan chicken dinner is a great make-ahead dish. You can chop all of the veggies and marinate the chicken up to a day in advance. When you’re ready to cook, simply place the chicken and vegetables on the pan, pour on the marinate, and roast in the oven.
