Well, I decided to share some of my favorite house hacks that I have seen around Pinterest and the internet! I am a geek when it comes to these types of things so if you have any that you have found – please share them too!!!
Add an outlet in your bathroom vanity from Beagles do it Better – so great for your hair dryer (granted I don’t think this would pass code!!)
Remove a drawer and install a paper towel holder in its place from Southern Living – LOVE a clean counter!
Pull out counter top under oven – This is SO great – why didn’t I think of this!!
Electrical outlet in mantel for Christmas light or lamp by The Garden Web
A pot filler in a coffee center would be my morning dream from Kitchen Details and Design
Kitchen cleaning supplies storage – simply genius use of space
Total pantry lust – keeps the kitchen counters clean! from NZ House and Garden

Utensil drawer – I would love to get rid of those inserts!

Pull out baking drawer – this is a dream drawer!!

Add a door from the garage to inside the pantry for unloading groceries – this is PURE genius!!!!

Very nice ideas however the ads were so annoying in every single picture that It has made me make sure to not click on this page again, and I guarantee I will NOT be going to see Cinderella- It was that annoying. Good Luck 🙂
at the time of my kitchen remodel 6 years ago I wanted a under cabinet vacuums system and u was vetoed on that from my husband. I regret to this day I didn’t go ahead with that perk. I have hardwood floors and they need sweeping every hour.

My fathers house had a similar “hack” to the garage to pantry hack. He had a cabinet next to the fireplace in the living room that had it’s back open into the garage. That way he could put firewood into the cabinet by the fireplace without having to haul the wood through the house. You just open the cabinet in the living room that’s right next to the fireplace and voila! There’s the wood for the fireplace.
The “garage to pantry” hack needs a little rolly cart. You put all the groceries on the cart and push it into the pantry. The cart could hang on the wall in the garage maybe.
My husband is a Master Electrician and has installed many outlets into bathroom drawers for hair dryers, curling irons, etc. (I know because I saw that same picture thinking it was something new and wonderful and illegal and he laughed and said it was definitely something he would do for me someday) It is definitely code to do that. :o)
