Frequently Asked Questions

Which apples are good for apple pie?

Although these apple pie bites are not actual apple pie, they are similar so using Granny Smith apples are a great choice. Granny Smith apples are firm, slightly sweet, and a bit sour so when cooked they don’t get super mushy and retain their delicious flavor and texture.

Do crescent rolls go bad?

Yes, crescent rolls can go bad regardless if they have been refrigerated, unopened, and are within their expiration date. The key to making sure they have not spoiled is by smelling them after you open them. They should have a sweet, pleasant aroma.

But! I promise no one will ever complain about the insane deliciousness of baked cinnamon apples surrounded by a brown sugar and cinnamon mixture nestled in a buttery soft puffed pastry, baked and topped with warm gooey caramel sauce.

If you love making mouthwatering dishes for family and friends you should try this creamy caramel apple salad with snickers or creamy grape salad, to serve up at your next backyard get together.

Crescent Rolls may be the ultimate baking hack! There is so much more you can do with them than make rolls! Some of our favorite crescent roll recipes include our Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake Bars and our Beef Taco Ring! Both great for feeding a crowd!

I think this is the same recipe my niece made today for our get together for July 3 (we are celebrating the 4th a day early because some of family will be out of town). She had enough for three of us to sample and they are delicious. I have printed the recipe for future use for me.
