Our Strawberry Vodka Lemonade Cocktail is a refreshingly fruity frozen boozy beverage with just enough spike for sweet summer sipping. This recipe is so easy to make in only 3 minutes, simply by blending together 3 ingredients with ice and pouring it into a glass.
Frozen Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail
Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail is a blended beverage all boozed up and served in slushie form. It takes only 3 minutes to make this delicious drink; it’s a simple mixture of pink lemonade, vodka, simple syrup, and ice, and if you’re feeling fancy, you can finish off your glass with a fresh strawberry and lemon slice.
You will love this strawberry lemonade libation when warm weather begs for a cold beverage; its taste is sweet, tangy, and without a strong alcohol flavor, so each sip goes down smooth.
Skip the vodka and make a pretty pink slushie snack for the kids – it’s perfect for pool parties or simply sitting on your porch or patio.

Tips
- You can make a single serving of this recipe by cutting the ingredients in half.
- You can make a larger batch based on the capacity of your blender.
- You may want to turn the blender back on for a couple seconds to recombine the ingredients if you make a larger batch and do not serve it all at one time.
Storage Tips
- To Store: These Strawberry Lemonade Cocktails should be enjoyed immediately upon blending them. As they sit, the ice will melt and they will not hold their consistency.

You can find the pink lemonade vodka in brands such as Smirnoff, Pink Whitney by New Amsterdam, and Svedka among others.
Yes, you can make your own simple syrup by combining equal parts water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan. Heat it just until the sugar melts (do not boil it), and then allow it to cool completely before use.
Simple syrup can be stored in a jar with a lid for up to 1 month in the refrigerator. I like to keep a premade simple syrup in my liquor cabinet to use for a number of cocktails. You can easily find it at any liquor store.
Yes, you can use a strawberry lemonade that is bottled in place of the concentrate. Keep in mind that it will not be as strong of a lemonade drink because it is already diluted. You may want to add a little more ice to get it to the consistency you desire.
