Ice Cream Sandwich Cake S’more Style

Our super easy S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is the best way to beat the heat with this semi-homemade 2-in-1 dessert hack: crushed graham crackers, Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, chocolate bars, and marshmallow fluff are combined and frozen between two store-bought ice cream sandwiches.

This ice cream cake is an easy-to-assemble, mouth-watering mash-up of the traditional s’mores tastes transformed into a cold frozen treat with an icebox cake texture.

Unlike the campfire classic, this no-bake smores dessert does not have a graham cracker base but instead mixes the cookie as crumbles with the chocolate and marshmallow and spreads it in the middle of ice cream sandwiches.

Why We Love S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

  • Quick and easy to make.
  • Uses only 6 ingredients to create a frozen cake.
  • Filled with the same chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow flavors as the traditional outdoor treat.
  • No campfire is needed to recreate the flavors of a s’mores sandwich.
  • Fun to serve a slice of the campfire classic when the weather makes it too warm to turn on the oven and heat up the house.
  • Perfect summer treat for warm weather parties, potlucks, or for feeding a crowd that needs cooling off.
