Sheet Pan Nachos are one of those super easy recipes that are great for a quick dinner. What I really adore about them is that they only take one pan, which means less clean up!
They also make an easy appetizer that will feed a crowd (serve them aside our awesome Rotel Dip!) Why make your life more difficult when you can make this nacho recipe!!
This recipe is one of our favorites to make on Friday nights or over the weekend when we have football tailgates and parties. The recipe makes a large enough quantity of nachos that you can feed a crowd!

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 1 13 ounce bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Fresh Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion
- Fresh Cilantro
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Jalapenos
- Black Olives
- Sour cream
- Serve with our homemade salsa and guacamole
How to Make Sheet Pan Nachos
- Cook the ground beef on medium heat until browned and drain the fat thoroughly.
- Return the beef to the pan to heat and add the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer.
- In a sheet pan with sides, layer chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
- Broil on HIGH for a minute or until cheese is melted.
- Top with the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro, jalapeno, black olives, and sour cream before serving. Feel free to add all of your favorite toppings!
Optional Topping
- Jalapenos
- Black Beans
- Corn
- Corn Salsa
- Avocado
- Anything that you love on nachos!

I had one problem making the nachos. I went to put my pan in the broiler and it wouldnโt fit, it was too big and I donโt have any other sided pans that are smaller. I had to put mine in the oven. Anyone else have this issue??

Made these for the superbowl. I added tomatoes, cilantro, banana peppers,black olives, black beans and onion. Put on the cheese and put under broiler til melted. Soooo yummy!
