Mini Brownie Bites

Our easy Brownie Bites are the most adorable bite-size brownies made entirely from scratch; they taste so much better than the store-bought brand of Little Bites brownies in a bag.

If you crave the corner piece of the standard brownie square, then this two-bite brownie recipe is for you! Because they’re made in a muffin tin, all the mini brownies contain the crispy edges of the coveted corner with soft and chewy centers that melt in your mouth!

Perfect for on-the-go snacking, these mini muffin brownies are deliciously served warm from the oven or can be dressed up with sprinkles and drizzled with more melted chocolate.

Why We Love Fudgy Brownie Bites

  • Quick and easy to make in 25 minutes.
  • Uses a handful of simple ingredients.
  • Prepared in only one pan, so there’s minimal cleanup.
  • Soft and chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
  • Every batch is a bunch of corner pieces because they’re baked in mini muffin tins.
  • Perfect for a holiday party, cookie exchange, dessert platter, or gift-giving.

Substitutions and Additions

  • Choose Your Chocolate: If you like a sweeter brownie, add white or milk chocolate chips to the recipe instead of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Decorate Your Desserts: Why not decorate these desserts for the holidays? My Christmas Tree Brownie Cups and Santa Hat Brownies are adorable!
  • Make With Mix-Ins: Feel free to add your favorite mix-ins to the brownie batter before baking. Add mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, mini M&Ms, or crushed cookies. You can also try chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans to create some crunch and flavor.
  • Stuff Your Sweets: This mini brownie recipe is stuffed with chocolate chips, but it’s just as easy to make my Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies or stuff the centers with caramel, butterscotch, or small sized candy.

Tips For Making The Best Brownie Bites

  • This recipe is so simple to make. Just be sure not to overbake the brownie bites, or they will lose their incredibly fudgy texture. You’ll know they are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs and isn’t completely dry.
  • Allow the brownie batter to cool before adding the chocolate chips, or they will fully melt, and you will lose the added layer of texture.
  • Properly grease your muffin pan or line it with cupcake wrappers so it is easy to remove the bites.

How to Store Brownie Bites

  • To Store: Store your brownies at room temperature in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
  • To Freeze: Once cooled, you can freeze these brownie bites in a freezer safe bag or container for up to 2 months.
