Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 oz.) box strawberry cake mix
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
How to Make Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
It is so easy to make these strawberry cookies – you won’t ever make cookies any other way again!
First, mix together the box of cake mix and baking powder.
Then, mix in the eggs and oil until they are blended together.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough on a cookie sheet (we love to line it with a silicone baking mat).
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
