Hi Princess Pinky Girl Readers!! My name is Katie from Made to be a Momma! I am so excited to be contributing for Jenn! Can you believe it’s already the start of the third week of July?! My little guy has one more year at home before he starts Preschool–where does the time go? However, my husband is a teacher and he is already watching his summer break slip by all too quickly! With “Back to School” talk in the air, I thought it would be fun to share one of my favorite simple lemon cake mix cookie recipe with a fun printable that’s perfect for the first day of school!

Lemon Cake Mix Cookies
1 Package of Lemon Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp lemon juice.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Beat at low speed until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
Are you ready for school to start? I’m not ready for my husband to go back to his “regular” job! We still have a few mini vacations to do before we are ready to accept the fact that summer is ending all too quickly! 🙂 Enjoy!
