Where are my ranch dip fans? I LOVE ranch, that’s for sure. This week I’ve gone to the salad bar and doused my salad with all the ranch I could get my hands on. Problem with that is salad bar ranch isn’t even remotely close to healthy (partially why it tastes so good). Since I’ve been thinking about that I’ve also been thinking about my love of veggies dipped in ranch dip. Also not super healthy UNLESS you’ve got your hands on this recipe! Healthy Ranch Dip
1 c. 2% fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. fresh chives
1 tbsp. fresh dill
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
