Our copycat Dunkin Omelet Bites recipe makes light, fluffy finger food for a grab-n-go breakfast or satiating snack.

Made to mimic the look of mini donuts, these veggie bacon cheddar omelet bites are packed with protein and plenty of flavor and can be filled with your favorite meats, cheese blends, and vegetables. Plus, when you make them at home, they cost a whole lot less than their fast-food counterparts.

Similar in shape to the new omelet bites on the Dunkin’ Donuts menu with a taste twist on the bacon and gruyere Sous Vide egg bites from Starbucks, Dunkin egg bites are gluten-free and can fit into a low-carb, keto diet.

How to Make Dunkin Omelet Bites

  1. Make The Egg Mixture: Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble: Distribute the peppers, onions, and meat evenly into the muffin cups. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, about ⅔- ¾ full, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly golden.
  4. Serve: Cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers your choice of color; I chose a combination of red and green
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup diced cooked bacon or sausage cooked and crumbled -or- diced ham
  • ¼ cup freshly shredded mild cheddar cheese you can substitute sharp cheddar, Monterey jack cheese, or even shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a donut-shaped muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  • Distribute the diced bell peppers, onions, and meat evenly into the muffin cups.
