It is cold out here in Michigan – colder than I can remember in years! This has been a long, long winter and we are not even half way through it yet. Nothing warms you up on a cold winter day like a hot bowl of hot chili! When it comes to chili, there really is no right or wrong – it is just what sounds good to you at that very moment. You would do well in Texas because traditional Texas chili doesn’t have beans. My husband grew up here so there is NO way he is going to put beans into chili!!!
