It is cold out here in Michigan – colder than I can remember in years! This has been a long, long winter and we are not even half way through it yet. Nothing warms you up on a cold winter day like a hot bowl of hot chili! When it comes to chili, there really is no right or wrong – it is just what sounds good to you at that very moment. I have found some great looking chili recipes that should keep me busy over the next few weeks and hopefully clear the path for spring and summer cocktails to come!
