Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to mix the Baileys with the heavy cream?

No, you do not have to mix the Baileys with the heavy cream. You can pour it in after the sugar and stir. Just note that it will lighten the color of the coffee so you won’t have the black coffee and white cream contrast.

Do I have to use special glasses to make Irish coffee?

If using glasses, they must be coffee glasses because a regular glass could smash when hot liquid is poured inside. If you don’t have coffee glasses you can use a regular coffee mug.
