Pizza Pasta Salad

Welcome, Everyone! My name is Diane. I blog about easy recipes at Recipes for our Daily Bread and family fun travels at Our American Travels. I am very thankful to be a guest blogger here at Princess Pinky Girl.

This summer I have been preparing a lot of easy pasta recipes. It is simply too hot to do much cooking. We normally have pasta several times a week because it is quick and easy. Pasta salads are not only quick and easy, but they are delicious warm or cold. I can prepare an easy pasta salad ahead of time and put it in the refrigerator for my family to enjoy anytime. This pizza pasta salad has all the flavors of a pizza but in one unbelievable easy to make pasta salad.

How to make pizza pasta salad

Pizza Pasta Salad includes Rotini, Italian Dressing, pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, bell pepper, Mozzarella cheese and my favorite Italian season, Pizza Pasta Magic. It is easy to toss together and incredibly flavorful.

You can eat this salad at room temperature or cold right out of the refrigerator. I have had it both ways and enjoyed each of them. This pizza pasta salad is not only perfect for lunch or a quick and easy dinner but also for potlucks, picnics or anytime you need to prepare food for a crowd. Because the main ingredient is pasta, it is relatively inexpensive.

What dressing to use on pasta salad

You can use your favorite bottle of Italian dressing or make Italian dressing from scratch. I use Olive Garden Italian Dressing. My local Walmart carries it. What my local Walmart did not carry when making this pasta salad was mini pepperoni.

When making any pasta using pepperoni, I like to use the mini pepperoni. They do not stick together, and you do not have to cut them into bite size pieces. For this pizza pasta salad, I used regular size pepperoni and cut it up into quarters.
