Easter Punch is one of my favorite ways to add a little sparkle to spring celebrations. I love how quickly it comes together and fills the table with cheerful, fruity flavor. With creamy sherbet, fizzy punch, and bubbly soda, this pretty pink drink is always a fun and festive Easter punch for kids and adults alike.

There’s something magical about stirring together this Easter punch as the sherbet floats and the soda fizzes up like it’s celebrating right alongside us. Making it always brings back Easter Sunday memories of pastel-decked tables, sticky little fingers grabbing marshmallows, and the feeling of spring in full swing. It’s the kind of festive drink that makes my kids light up and reminds me why simple sips are often the sweetest.
Pair your Easter punch with a few festive treats like my Easter Fruit Fluff and my snack worthy Bunny Bait (Easter Chex mix). These fun sides make any holiday gathering even more colorful and delicious for your guests.

- Easter sprinkles, mini marshmallows, pink and yellow Peeps (bunnies or chicks): All optional, but these garnishes add festive colors, textures, and a fun twist for kids.
- Lemon slices or mint leaves: Optional, but they add brightness and a pop of color.

How to Make Easter Punch
Step 1
Prep the pitcher: Add the raspberry sherbet to the bottom of a large pitcher or punch bowl.
Step 2
Pour the punch: Pour the tropical punch over the sherbet and gently stir until the sherbet is about halfway melted.
Step 3
Stir in soda: Slowly pour in the 7UP and give a light stir to keep the punch fizzy and bubbly.
Step 4
Divide: Pour into glasses and top with mini marshmallows, Peeps, Easter sprinkles, or fresh fruit slices if desired.
Step 5
Serve: Serve immediately with colorful straws and enjoy this fun, festive drink!

Make Ahead & Storage Instructions
- Store separately: Keep the sherbet, soda, and juice in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve. Do not mix ahead of time.
- Mixing ahead: This Easter punch is best made right before serving. If mixed too early, the soda will go flat, and the sherbet may change texture.
- Quick assembly: Keeping all ingredients chilled in the fridge makes it easy to put together in minutes for a fun, festive drink.

Jenn’s Notes
- Store: Do not store once mixed. Keep sherbet, soda, and juice separate and refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Reheat: Not applicable.
- Freeze: Not recommended.
- Make ahead: Not recommended. This Easter punch is best made right before serving. Mixing in advance causes the soda to flatten and the sherbet to develop an unpleasant texture. Keep all liquids cold so the punch comes together quickly.
- Add the soda right before serving so it does not go flat
- Stir gently to keep the carbonation intact
- Keep all ingredients cold for the best flavor and texture
- Serve immediately once assembled
