Cinnamon Roll Blondie Bars

Our Cinnamon Roll Blondies recipe is so easy to make, with a dense, chewy blondie bar base that’s covered with a thick layer of cream cheese frosting.

These blondie bars are filled with all the warm flavors of homemade cinnamon rolls, but because they’re baked as a blondie, there’s nothing to roll and no waiting for the yeast to rise (and they’re served as cinnamon roll squares instead of a round roll).

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I thaw frozen blondies?

To thaw the blondies, remove them from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few hours. You can also microwave them for a few seconds to warm them before serving. Remember that the frosting may become slightly hardened after being refrigerated or frozen. If this happens, you can bring the blondies to room temperature before serving or reheat the blondies briefly in the microwave to soften the frosting.

What is the taste and texture of these blondies?

Cinnamon Roll Blondies have a rich buttery flavor with a subtle hint of cinnamon and brown sugar. The texture of the blondies is dense and chewy, with a slightly crunchy top and edges. The blondies become even more indulgent and delicious when topped with a thick layer of creamy white frosting. The combination of flavors and textures makes a decadent treat perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a special celebration or a cozy night.
