These chicken lasagna rolls take the best of my olive garden alfredo sauce and marry them with my favorite Lasagna Roll Ups recipe!

Each chicken lasagna roll up is stuffed with a seasoned chicken and cheese mixture, then rolled, topped with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese, and baked until brown and melted.

Make a big batch of Alfredo chicken lasagna roll-ups ahead of time and then portion them out into individual servings; serve some for dinner tonight, freeze some for later, and take leftover Alfredo roll-ups for lunch tomorrow.

How to Make Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups

  1. Make The Chicken Mixture: Mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Stuff and Roll: Lay the cooked lasagna noodles out flat, spread a layer of the chicken mixture on top, and roll the noodle.
  3. Prepare The Pan: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish and place the rollups on top, seam-side down. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve: Top with chopped parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 15 ounces jar of alfredo sauce divided
  • parsley to taste for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning until well mixed.
  • Lay your cooked lasagna noodles out flat and using a spoon, spread an even layer of the chicken mixture along each noodle until thoroughly and evenly coated.
  • Starting at one end, roll the noodle up and place it into your 8×8 baking dish with the end of the noodle on the bottom so that it holds its shape. Repeat with all 6 noodles.
  • Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the noodles and sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella cheese over them.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted.
  • Top with chopped parsley and serve warm.
