TikTok Spaghetti Bake Recipe

Our TikTok Spaghetti recipe, aka Baked Spaghetti, is an oven-baked casserole consisting of creamy Alfredo pasta covered in savory marinara meat sauce, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, and baked until bubbly.

There’s nothing complicated about recreating this TikTok pasta recipe – cooked spaghetti noodles are coated in a thick homemade Alfredo sauce and blanketed in a browned meat mixture mixed into jarred marinara sauce.

Baked spaghetti with Alfredo and red sauce is the best dinner idea for those who want a creamy cheese sauce and a tangy meat sauce, all cooked in one casserole.

TikTok Spaghetti Bake vs Million Dollar Spaghetti

While a TikTok Spaghetti recipe may sound similar to a million dollar spaghetti meal, there are a few differences that set them apart.

TikTok Spaghetti is made with Alfredo pasta covered with a red meat sauce. Million dollar spaghetti is prepared lasagna-style with layers of tomato meat sauce, spaghetti, mozzarella cream cheese, and often cottage cheese mixture.

Baked Spaghetti with Alfredo Sauce Substitutions

  • Swap The Sauce: If you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to make the meat sauce and the Alfredo from scratch, you can use some shortcuts by buying your favorite jarred pasta sauces.
  • Make With Another Meat: You can use ground chicken or ground turkey in place of ground beef or pork.

Baked Spaghetti Tips

  • You can substitute the jar of store-bought sauce for a homemade sauce. You will not need to add the extra meat if it already has meat.
  • I prefer to use lean ground beef for this recipe, which is 80-85% lean. If there is any grease, drain it or soak it with a paper towel before mixing it into the marinara sauce.
  • Feel free to bake this spaghetti meal in any oven-safe dish you have. A casserole dish, baking pan, cast iron skillet, or disposable aluminum pan will all work well.

How to Store Spaghetti Bake

  • To Store: Store leftovers covered in an airtight container for up to five days in the refrigerator.
  • To Reheat: To reheat, simply microwave until heated through or place in a 350-degree oven until warmed.

Baked Spaghetti with Alfredo Sauce FAQs

Can I make my baked spaghetti with jarred alfredo sauce to speed up cooking?

Yes, a great shortcut for this recipe is using a jar of Alfredo. I recommend trying this recipe at least once with a homemade Alfredo because it is so indulgent.

Can this be made without baking it in the oven?

If you want a shortcut, simply sprinkle the cheese on and put it under the broiler until it is melted. Then you don’t have to worry about waiting for it to bake!

Can I prepare this dish in advance?

Yes, you can prepare this dish ahead of time. I recommend making it up until the point right before putting it into the oven and then baking it when you’re ready to eat. Store it covered in the fridge after assembly and bake before dinner time.
