Ingredients
  

  • 19.9 ounces box of dry dark chocolate brownie mix unprepared
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup M&Ms divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine dry brownie mix with flour and powdered sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil and mix well until the batter is smooth.
  • Add ¾ cup of M&Ms and combine until well incorporated. Batter will be thick.
  • Roll 2-inch balls of cookie dough and place them at least 2 inches apart on your cookie sheet. Make sure not the flatten the balls of cookie dough, they will flatten as they bake.
  • Bake for 8 minutes in your preheated oven, making sure not to overcook the cookies. You want the centers to be baked completely but still soft for the best results.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and while still hot, top the cookies with the remaining M&Ms.
  • Let the cookies sit for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
