Can these be made In a pan and cut into squares with a warm knife? If so what size of pan is recommended?
Yes, you should be able to make these in a pan instead of as bites!
I recommend using an 8×8-inch pan for the best thickness. Just press the crust into the bottom, add the cheesecake layer, and chill as directed. Once fully set, you can slice into squares using a warm knife for clean cuts.
I haven’t tested this exact method, but it should work well since the filling firms up nicely in the fridge.

Can cheese bites be done without the alcohol….a substitute?
Most of our Cheesecake bites do not have any alcohol in them. Just the ones with the names indicating so, like Fireball or Whiskey… etc.
