Le’t talk about Valentine’s Day. I know, many say it is just a “Hallmark holiday,” and with the cost of greeting cards, I don’t disagree. But, any excuse to cover things in pink, sprinkles and hearts (not to mention all of the chocolate) is a total win in my book!

Move over deviled eggs, because there is a new favorite in town. These deviled strawberries are stuffed with light, fluffy cheesecake filling with a little cookie crunch. The best part, is since they are fruit, we can totally justify eating five of them….righ??

We use a sweet sugar paste and a rich chocolate coating to create that classic candy shop vibe. They’re a little nostalgic and a lot of delicious.

Is it even Valentine’s Day if there isn’t something heart-shaped? This fudge is so creamy and uses a simple microwave shortcut (because we’re busy people, okay?!). I love the layered pink and white look and I cut them into hearts because why wouldn't I!
