Le’t talk about Valentine’s Day. I know, many say it is just a “Hallmark holiday,” and with the cost of greeting cards, I don’t disagree. But, any excuse to cover things in pink, sprinkles and hearts (not to mention all of the chocolate) is a total win in my book!

So if you are planning a romantic dinner for two or you are on the “Galentine’s” party trend, you will for sure need a sweet treat to top off the night.

I’ve rounded up 8 of my favorite, most delicious and easiest desserts that are guarenteed to make anyone fall in love… well, at least with your baking skills!

1
valentine oreo truffles stacked on a plate.
Valentine’s Oreo Truffles
These classic, no-bake truffles are incredibly creamy and decorated with festive pink and red sprinkles. You may want to make a double batch becuase these always disappear fast.

Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
These cookies are my favorite kind of recipe because they start with a cake mix! They come out perfectly soft and chewy every time and the red color just screams Valentine's Day! They are basically a hug in a cookie form.

deviled strawberries on a plate.
Deviled Strawberries
Move over deviled eggs, because there is a new favorite in town. These deviled strawberries are stuffed with light, fluffy cheesecake filling with a little cookie crunch. The best part, is since they are fruit, we can totally justify eating five of them….righ??

white chocolate raspberry cookies on top of black plate.
White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
These cookies are a total flavor explosion. The tartness of the raspberries mixed with the sweet, buttery white chocolate is a match made in heaven. They’re soft, slightly delicious, and look like they came straight from the bakery. Your Valentine is going to think you spent all day in the kitchen (but I won't tell).

Chocolate Covered Cherries on the plate.
Chocolate Covered Cherries
Why buy that box of store-bought cherries when you can make them at home and have them taste a million times better? These are old-fashioned in the best way possible. We use a sweet sugar paste and a rich chocolate coating to create that classic candy shop vibe. They’re a little nostalgic and a lot of delicious.

Valentine Hearts Fudge with sprinkles.
Valentine Hearts Fudge
Is it even Valentine’s Day if there isn’t something heart-shaped? This fudge is so creamy and uses a simple microwave shortcut (because we’re busy people, okay?!). I love the layered pink and white look and I cut them into hearts because why wouldn't I!

strawberry kiss cookies
Strawberry Kiss Cookies
These are the cutest little cookies you ever did see! They have a pretty pink sparkle from being rolled in sanding sugar and a big fat Hershey’s Kiss right in the middle. I use a few shortcuts to keep things simple, but the result is a soft, strawberry-flavored treat that is just plain amazing.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies
We’re ending this roundup with a bang! A rich, fudgy brownie topped with juicy fresh strawberries and then smothered in a rich chocolate ganache. It’s basically two desserts in one! It is decadent, delicious, and the best way to show someone you care. Just a warning: you might have to fight people off for the last piece!
