Homemade Texas Roadhouse Butter is so easy to make in 5 minutes with 4 ingredients. This sweet spread pairs perfectly with pancakes, toast, sweet potatoes, muffins, and more.
Add the softened butter to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to beat the butter for 1-1½ minutes until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon. Continue mixing for another 1½-2 minutes until completely incorporated and fluffy.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. You can also store leftovers at room temperature (providing the ambient room temperature is not too warm) for up to 2 days.
To Freeze: You can freeze the butter for up to 2 months. Allow the butter to thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving.
Tips:
For the creamiest consistency, make sure that your butter is softened to room temperature.
Be sure to use a fork to “fluff” the refrigerated butter before serving.
