Place the cauliflower florets onto a large baking sheet with rimmed edges.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Sprinkle the florets with the garlic salt and turmeric. Gently toss to coat the florets with the olive oil and spices.
Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese over the top of the cauliflower.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the florets start to brown.
You can place the pan under the oven broiler for 2-3 minutes for more browning and crunch texture if desired.
Notes
Tip 1: Some ovens may need to be set at 475 degrees, but this was much too hot for my oven so I lowered it to 450 and cooked for 30 minutes. This can also change depending on the size of your cauliflower florets. I like to trim mine really small.Tip 2: Turmeric stains things very easily. So be careful handling this spice!Tip 3: You may find it easier to mix the cauliflower florets, olive oil, and spices in a bowl before placing them on the pan. I decided to do this as a one-pan recipe, easier cleanup!
