Cinnamon Roll Jello Shots taste like boozy cinnamon buns in each jiggly jello bite! Easy to make with minimal ingredients, they have the perfect balance of sweet and spicy so you won't feel the Fireball burn!
Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and leave it to sit for about 2 minutes or until the gelatin has bloomed and is no longer a powder.
Add the boiling water to the mixture and stir until the gelatin has all dissolved.
Add the cream soda and stir again.
Using an injector or pourable measuring glass, fill each shot cup until it’s just under the top of the glass.
Chill for 2 hours or until set.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy!

Yields: About 12 2-Ounce ShotsStorage:
To Store: Store your jello shots covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Do not add the garnish until just before serving.
Tips:
If you place all your empty shot glasses onto a small rimmed tray before filling them with the liquid it will be easier to transfer the jello shots to the refrigerator to chill.
I used a frosting bag and a 1M frosting tip to add the whipped cream. It makes for a cute swirl.
Be careful adding more liquid or alcohol. It will make the shots runny and never allow them to fully set up. If you don’t mind that, then go right ahead.
You may serve these with small spoons if you use the glass shots as they don’t just pop out of there like they would in plastic containers.
