4russet potatoescut into 1-inch pieces (peeled or unpeeled)
½large red bell pepperchopped
1shallotchopped
½tablespoonavocado oil or cooking oil
1ouncepacket Garlic Parmesan Wing Seasoning Mix
Minced fresh parsleyoptional garnish
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the potatoes, bell pepper, shallot and avocado oil to a large mixing bowl and stir everything together.
Sprinkle in the seasoning packet and toss until the vegetables are well coated.
Place the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in an even, single layer. You may need to do 2 or more batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Don’t overcrowd your air fryer.
Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking or flipping the potatoes halfway through, and be sure to cook until the potatoes are soft on the inside and crisp on the outside.
Plate and serve warm with a sprinkle of minced fresh parsley, optional.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: Allow the air fryer home fries to cool completely before storing. They should be stored in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
To Freeze: Store the home fries in a freezer-safe container in the freezer for 2-3 months.
To Reheat: I recommend reheating these home fries in the air fryer until heated through, though you can also reheat them in the microwave if you prefer.
Tips:
Feel free to use your favorite cooking oil. I like Avocado oil because the high smoke point means it won’t burn when it gets hot.
Cut your potatoes as uniform as possible for even cooking. I cut mine in 1 inch cubes.
