Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla extract & salt.  In another bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, & salt.

STEP 1

In another bowl, stir together sugar and the remaining cinnamon. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and the eggs.

STEP 2

Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix just until combined. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the baking pan.

STEP 3

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cookie dough layer.

STEP 4

Drop pieces of the remaining dough over the cheesecake layer. Sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top of the cheesecake bars.

STEP 5

Bake until the edges are lightly golden brown and the center has set. Cool the bars completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
