– All-purpose flour – Unsweetened cocoa powder – Salted sweet cream butter – Granulated sugar – Red gel food color – Pure vanilla extract – Eggs – Cream cheese

Ingredients

STEP 1

Whisk the flour and unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk the melted butter, sugar, red food color, vanilla, and eggs. Combine both mixture.

STEP 2

Beat the cream cheese. Add the sugar, vanilla, egg yolk and mix. Fill each muffin tin with batter

STEP 3

Pipe the cheesecake filling into the center of each base.

STEP 4

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 mins. Allow the cheesecake bites to cool in the pan. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
