INGREDIENTS

– White cake mix – Instant lemon pudding mix – Lemon zest – Eggs – Salted butter – Powdered sugar – Fresh lemon juice

COOK TIME: 12 min

Whisk together the cake mix, pudding mix, lemon zest, eggs and melted butter until smooth.

Scoop small amounts of batter into each mini muffin indentation. Bake until the color begins to get golden on the edges. Cool and remove from the pan.

Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Dip the top of each warm blossom in the glaze and then drizzle any extra over the top as decoration.
