– Hash brown potatoes – Green bell pepper – Red bell pepper – Sweet yellow onion – Mild breakfast sausage – Smoked bacon – Sharp cheddar cheese – Eggs – Half and half – Onion powder – Kosher salt & back pepper

COOK TIME: 8 hrs

Spread the hash browns in the bottom of the crockpot, sprinkle with green and red peppers and onion, top with cooked sausage and cooked bacon.

Cover with cheese. Whisk together the eggs, half and half, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.

Cook on low for 8 hours or or on high for 4-6 hours. Serve while hot.
