24packs(6.72-ounce -or- 190.5-gram) Twix fun size candy bars
½cup+ 2 tablespoons caramel sundae toppingdivided into ½ cup and 2 tablespoons for garnish
Instructions
Unwrap and slice 14 fun-size candy bars for the dip filling. Next, slice 5 candy bars for garnish. Set the sliced candy bars aside (You will have unsliced candy leftover.)
24 packs (6.72-ounce -or- 190.5-gram) Twix fun size candy bars
Add the softened cream cheese to a medium-sized mixing bowl (2-3 quarts). Use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to beat the cream cheese for 1½-2 minutes until the cream cheese is completely smooth.
8 ounces (226-gram) package of cream cheese
Mix in the thawed whipped topping until smooth.
1 container (226-gram) of whipped topping
Fold in the 14 sliced fun-size candy bars.
Fold in ½ cup of the sundae topping (the goal is to have a marbled effect with the caramel topping). Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
½ cup + 2 tablespoons caramel sundae topping
Just before you are ready to serve, sprinkle the remaining sliced Twix bars over the top of the dip. Next, drizzle the remaining caramel topping. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: You can store your Twix dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
To Freeze: You can freeze your dip in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. However, fresh is always best because the texture may change when defrosted.
Tips:
Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
I love serving this dip on a charcuterie board surrounded by a variety of fruit or sweet and salty dipping snacks.
Feel free to fold in your leftover halloween candy for a different flavor fruit dip.
