Frozen S'mores turn a fireside summertime staple into a cold and refreshing treat. Made with chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, cool whip, and graham crackers, it's always fun to enjoy the classic flavors in frozen form!
Line a 7x11 pan with parchment paper and keep the sides high for easy removal.
Evenly lay graham cracker squares in the pan and set aside.
In a large bowl beat cheese until smooth with a hand mixer, then add in marshmallow crème and beat again.
Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread evenly over the graham crackers.
Place in the fridge while you start the next layer.
In a large bowl add milk and pudding and mix for about 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Then add remaining cup of Cool Whip and mix well. Evenly spread on top of cream cheese layer, then place remaining graham crackers.
Cover with plastic wrap or foil and place in the freezer until set (at least 4 hours).
Remove from the freezer and allow to sit for about 15 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife, into individual sandwiches.
To freeze, tightly wrap each sandwich individually.
Notes
Storage:
To Store: To store, tightly wrap each s'more square individually with plastic wrap and transfer to a freezer-safe bag. They will keep frozen for up to 3 months.
Tips:
Make sure to thaw your cool whip in the fridge and let your cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing them with the other ingredients.
Line your pan with parchment paper and keep the sides high for easy removal.
Don't worry if the graham crackers don't stick to the frozen layers right away. Just let them sit for a few minutes to let them soften slightly before serving.
Allow the s'mores to sit for 15 minutes before slicing into individual sandwiches -- you'll want the chocolate frozen layer to soften up a bit.
