How to Make Disney Dole Whip Dairy Free
1 cup pineapple juice (make sure to freeze in an ice cube tray)
1 Banana, peeled and frozen
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/4 – 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
Combine the pineapple juice, banana, and powdered sugar in the blender.
Cover and blend until smooth, gradually adding coconut milk and scraping down sides if necessary.
Serve immediately.
Storage: This does not keep in the fridge. It has to stay frozen to hold the soft-serve texture, so store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, though a single serving rarely leaves much behind.Tips: Use frozen pineapple, not fresh, and scoop your vanilla ice cream straight from the freezer while it is firm for the thickest result. Pipe it right from the blender for the cleanest swirl instead of freezing it first. If your frozen pineapple tastes tart, add a little more sugar to balance it.
