Notes
Storage:
To Store: Store in the fridge, in a sealed container, for up to 2 weeks.
To Freeze: Store in the freezer, in an airtight container, for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight before serving.
Tips:
Make sure to put a piece of parchment paper in the baking dish before pouring in the fudge. This will make it so much easier to cut the fudge into squares!
Allow your fudge to sit out for about 15 minutes before cutting for added ease.
Do not add too much of the sugar cookie mix. You don’t want to dry out your fudge so that it sets up strangely.
You only need the dry mix of the sugar cookie mix. You do not need to prepare according the directions on the package.
Do not overcook the chocolate chips. White chocolate chips especially are easily hardened when melting down. Don’t leave them sitting in one place too long when heating. Be sure to stir every 20-30 seconds for best results.
