– Granulated sugar

Beat the butter, sugar egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. In another bowl, stir the
flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Press your sugar cookie bar dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Beat the butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream vanilla extract, salt, and food coloring until light, fluffy the food coloring completely incorporated
Spread the frosting into an even layer and garnish rainbow sprinkles before slicing and serving.
