COOK TIME

1 hour

PREP TIME

35 minutes

Mix ingredients to make pico de galo and taco seasoning in separate bowl.

STEP 1

Saute onions in a skillet and set aside. To the same skillet, cook ground beef and spice blend. Stir cooked onions with the ground beef.

STEP 2

Lay out 10 of the flour tortillas in the prepared sheet tray. Spoon the ground beef mixture evenly over the flour tortillas.

STEP 3

Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the ground beef. Spoon the pico de gallo over the top of the cheese.

STEP 4

Place the final 6 flour tortillas on top of the meat and cheese. Fold the overhanging flour tortillas so that you are enclosing all filling.

STEP 5

Place the second sheet tray and heavy skillets on top of the giant taco to weigh it down and create a nice sealed and golden brown sheet pan taco. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes

STEP 6

Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with guacomole, sour cream and salsa

STEP 7

ENJOY!
