ORANGE CREAMSICLE PIE

Orange Cream Pie is a quick and easy creamsicle copycat dessert filled with a fluffy jello mixture inside a graham cracker crust. Cool and light, it's perfectly refreshing for spring and summer parties.

PREP TIME: 10 MIN CHILL TIME: 4 HRS SERVINGS: 8

– Premade graham cracker crust – Unflavored gelatin – Water – Orange-flavored gelatin – Ice – Pure orange extract – Whipped topping – Mandarin oranges – Canned whipped cream (optional garnish)

INGREDIENTS

Stir the unflavored gelatin packet over cold water. Add to boiling water, and stir in the orange extract, gelatin powder, and stir until dissolved.

Fold in the whipped topping and mandarin oranges and stir.

Add the filling into the pie crust, cover, and chill for 4 hours.

Cut into 8 slices and garnish with a swirl of whipped cream and a mandarin orange.
