– Premade graham cracker crust
– Unflavored gelatin
– Water
– Orange-flavored gelatin
– Ice
– Pure orange extract
– Whipped topping
– Mandarin oranges
– Canned whipped cream (optional garnish)
INGREDIENTS

Stir the unflavored gelatin packet over cold water. Add to boiling water, and stir in the orange extract, gelatin powder, and stir until dissolved.

Fold in the whipped topping and mandarin oranges and stir.

Add the filling into the pie crust, cover, and chill for 4 hours.

Cut into 8 slices and garnish with a swirl of whipped cream and a mandarin orange.
