INGREDIENTS

– Teriyaki sauce – Cornstarch – Vegetable oil – Instant ramen noodles – Patio steak (flat iron steak) – Broccoli florets – Water

Whisk the cornstarch into the teriyaki sauce. Sear the sliced steak in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.

STEP 1

Stir fry the broccoli until the broccoli is a bright green. Transfer it to the cooked beef.

STEP 2

Add the sauce to the empty skillet. Return the steak and broccoli to the skillet.

STEP 3

Add the ramen to the skillet. Use the tongs to combine all of the ingredient.
