Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Prep Time: 30 Min

– Milk chocolate chips – Vegetable oil – Powdered sugar – Graham cracker crumbs – Crunchy peanut butter – Salted sweet cream butter

Ingredients

CHILL Time: 4 HRS

STEP 1

Heat the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in the microwave until the chocolate chips are completely melted

STEP 2

Spoon the chocolate into the tart pan, evenly spread it over the bottom and up the sides and chill.

STEP 3

Heat the peanut butter and the butter in the microwave. In another bowl, mix powdered sugar & cracker crumbs.

STEP 4

Stir together the peanut butter mixture and the cracker crumbs mixture until completely incorporated.

STEP 5

Spread the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the tart pan. Make sure the mixture is smooth and even.

STEP 6

Spoon the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly all the way to the sides

STEP 7

Chill 4 hours to overnight. Remove the peanut butter cup from the tart pan
