Line baking pan with either silicone baking sheet or parchment paper
Lay the graham crackers in a single row, side by side, filling in all of the spaces (break some up if you need to)
In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add in the brown sugar and mix continually for about 4 minutes (until it is thick and looks like a caramel sauce)
Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread with a spatula to evenly distribute it.
Place in oven for 5 minutes (it should get a little bubbly)
Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top of the graham crackers.
Place back in oven for no more than 2 minutes (they should get shiny and soft)
Take out of the oven and immediately use a spatula to spread the chocolate covering all of the graham crackers and sprinkle the sprinkles on top. (you may want to use a little piece of wax paper to gently push down the sprinkles so they set into the chocolate if it already started firming up.)
Let set for about an hour on the counter (or until the mixture and chocolate are firm) or place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
