  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1- oz sugar-free (fat-free vanilla instant pudding (the small box))
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp cake flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix together, vanilla instant pudding, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a large mixing bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter. Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes.
