- ground beef - panko breadcrumbs - yellow onion - tomato sauce - eggs - dijon mustard - garlic - cooking oil - white mushrooms - brown gravy mix - beef broth

Ingredients

STEP 1

Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, tomato sauce, beaten eggs, mustard and garlic.

STEP 2

Separate meat mixture into 5 or 6 oval patties and sear patties in the hot oil until golden browned.

STEP 3

Remove patties and wrap them in aluminum foil. Use the same skillet to saute the mushrooms.

STEP 4

Add the gravy mix to the mushrooms and then gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth.

STEP 5

Place the patties back into the skillet with the mushrooms and gravy and heat until it begins to boil.

STEP 6

Allow gravy to boil until it has thickened. Garnished with minced parsley
