BROWNIES

Rolo Brownies are easy to make from scratch and taste much better than any mix from a box. Filled and studded with caramel candy, these rich brownies are dense and decadently delicious!

All-purpose flour  Dutch cocoa powder Salted sweet cream butter Dark chocolate chips Granulated sugar Light brown sugar Pure vanilla extract  Heavy cream Rolos Salt, Eggs

Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Melt the dark chocolate chips and butter in the microwave.

STEP 1

Add the sugars, eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mixture and stir. 

STEP 2

Add ½ of the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir just until all the flour mixture is incorporated

STEP 3

Spread ½ of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Evenly place the halved Rolos over the batter.

STEP 4

Spread the remaining batter over the top of the Rolo layer. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 25 – 30 minutes

STEP 5

Microwave the dark chocolate and heavy cream for ganache. Pour over the brownies. Place Rolos over the top of the ganache. Cool & serve.
